Policies for Love in Every Corner

Please note that all purchases are non-refundable. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Booking and Scheduling

  • Bookings must be scheduled before January 31, 2026.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until you have completed the Roomance Booking Consultation. Please complete the form provided to finalize your booking.

  • Clients can reschedule an appointment, but the deposit is non-refundable, and a $150 rebooking fee will apply. Your new proposed date must be 60 days or less from the original scheduled date.

  • Late Fees: You will incur a $75 late fee if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment.

  • Cancellation Policy: Your booking will be canceled if you are more than 30 minutes late to your specified arrival time.

    Answer: Love in Every Corner serves the Orlando, FL and Tallahassee, FL areas.

 

Client Presence and Travel Fees

  1. Does the client have to be present during the decoration process?
    Answer: It depends. For most cases, clients are not required to be present during the decoration process. In fact, many of our clients are not around when we decorate. For hotels, clients usually add the name of our designer, Rena Robinson, to the hotel reservation. This way, when she arrives, she can simply grab the key from the front desk and immediately begin decorating. This is the preferred protocol.

  2. Is there a travel fee for Roomance Decor and Designs?
    Answer: A travel fee is required for all bookings outside of the 20mi radius and varies depending on the date and location. Please contact us or visit the bottom of this page for the specific cities we currently travel to.

 

Accommodation and Hotel Bookings

  1. Is Love in Every Corner responsible for booking hotel rooms and Airbnbs?
    Answer: No. However, if you are booking in Tallahassee, please contact us for any possible available hotel booking options.

 

Additional Terms

  • Room Cleanup: Love in Every Corner is not responsible for room cleanup or any associated fees unless you have booked a cleaning service.

  • Injury Disclaimer: Love in Every Corner is not responsible for any injuries that may occur within the booking location as a result of our decorations.

  • Cleaning Service Requirements: For clients who have booked the Roomance cleaning service, you must be willing to leave your hotel room or Airbnb at least an hour before checkout time.

Identification for Large Purchases

At any time, Love In Every Corner reserves the right to request a valid ID for purchases of $250 or more to verify the transaction and ensure security.

Deposit and Payments

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

Fraud Prevention Notice

To help protect our customers and prevent fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to request additional information for orders exceeding $200. This may include verification of billing details or confirmation of identity before an order is processed. If additional information is required, our team will contact you promptly using the contact details provided at checkout. Orders may be delayed or canceled if requested information is not provided within a reasonable timeframe. These measures are taken solely to ensure the security of our customers and transactions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
